Irving Art Association 1775 Puritan Dr Irving, Texas Hours: Tuesdays for Tuesday Painters 10:30 am - 3:00 pm with Victoria & Creating Art With Raquel Saturdays 1:00pm - 4:00pm We are open Sundays when we have a current Exhibition Reception. We will provide an opening date After setting up. The Reception will be on January 12th 2pm - 4pm. Exhibition will run until January 25th, 2025. Thank you to all the participating artists that were a part of our circus exhibition. Workshops were canceled due to no sign up. Currently in the East gallery our Landscape exhibition is open for the public to view. Our next Exhibition in the East gallery will be a retrospective Curated by Junanne Peck & Ariel Esquivel. Retrospective is an invitation for artists to show their past work. Deadline to email images and info is on Saturday 11:59 pm December 21st, 2024. Must Sign up by Email to: Junannepeck@mac.com & arielesquivelartist@gmail.com Drop off will be on Saturday December 28th, 2024 from 2 pm - 4 pm. The Reception will be on January 12th 2pm - 4pm. Exhibition will close on March 1st, 2025 & will be the pickup date for artists to come get artwork. East Gallery Currently in the East Gallery Landscapes Curated by Raquel Gregory and Victoria Robbinson. Exhibition runs October 10th - December 28th. Reception For Landscape is Sunday October 10th 2:00 - 4:00pm Pick up Artwork on December 28th from 1:00pm - 4:00pm Join IAA and have a chance to have a Solo Exhibition and group exhibits. 2026 solo exhibit calendar is open for two months per solo. 2025 is full. Kimberly Bradshaw Meadows KImberly Bradshaw Meadows lives and works in North East Texas, in rural Wood County. She received her BFA from the University of Texas in Tyler. She has exhibited in solo exhibitions at The UT Tyler Meadows Gallery, The Texan Theatre Gallery in Greenville, and has an upcoming solo exhibit at the Irving Art Association Gallery in December 2024. Her numerous group exhibitions include: The 39th Annual International Exhibition at the the Meadows Gallery in Tyler, Texas, multiple participations in the El Corazon and Day of the Dead exhibits at The Bath House Cultural Center, “The Chair Show” At The Bath House Cultural Center, “Misapprehended” at TWU in Denton, Texas, 500x “open call”, The Mac “Members Show”, and “ArtCon” in Dallas, Texas and the Houston ArtCar Parade, in Houston, Texas. She has also exhibited in multiple group shows with Visual Art League of Allen, The Irving Art Association in Irving, Texas and Winnsboro Center for the Arts in Winnsboro, Texas. Bradshaw Meadows is a “life observer” while also seeking knowledge on various curiosities resulting in degrees and certifications in Art, yoga, metaphysical studies, and herbology. Her work reflects the experience, processing and transmuting of trauma. Images of nature, childhood toys, chairs and glass encapsulations are often used in configurations to represent memory, and imagined possibilities.
